Provenance is at the heart of all our menus. Farmers, we believe are a bridge between earth and table, seed and sustenance… If it’s not local, you won’t find it on our menu. We aim to celebrate local produce in all its genuine wonder. Freshly dug potatoes, twisty carrots and just tugged beetroot, the majority of which has come from our very own Mount St John kitchen garden.
Meat, game and poultry to us go hand in hand with flavour, quality and respect. Our purchasing philosophy sets us apart from the rest, with a passion and dedication to quality and sustainability. The only reliable way to know the first source of your food is to shorten the chain, which is why we only use producers who are as passionate about sustainable agriculture as we are.
We serve a traditional Sunday lunch from 12 noon to 3pm.
Please note these are sample menus, dishes and prices may change.
