We are filling our year with more events, fun and of course good food & drink to ensure 2023 is a memorable one!

20th January: Spice Tour – Chinese
Join us for our first Grand Tour of the Year, where you can enjoy flavours from across the Globe. Taking place every Friday for five weeks from the 20th January. In celebration of the Lunar New Year, our Spice Tour will begin with Chinese.
Pick up a stamp card and collect a stamp every time you dine on the Grand Tour, dine three times, and get your fourth meal on us.
21st January: Chinese New Year’s Eve
Celebrate the year of the Rabbit with us the evening before Chinese New Year’s with tantalising specials.
23rd January: Sticky Toffee Pudding Day
In celebration of Sticky Toffee Pudding Day, you can enjoy a sticky toffee pud for just £1 only on the 23rd. All money raised from Sticky Toffee Pudding sales on this day will go to our Charity of the Year, Lucie’s Animal Rescue.
25th January: Burn’s Night
Enjoy a taste of Scotland to celebrate Scottish Poet, Robert Burn’s. We’ll be serving up some Scottish Specials, pair with a wee dram from our Whisky selection.
27th January: Spice Tour – Korean
Join us at our second week of the Spice Tour for a taste of Korean.
3rd February: Spice Tour – Japanese
Join us for the third Spice Tour as we take flight to Japan.
10th February: Spice Tour – Thai
Our penultimate Spice Tour will see us head to Thailand for an aromatic dish. Don’t forget, when you dine with us at three of our Tours, you get your fourth free!
11th-25th February: Children Eat Free
Throughout half term, children under 12 can enjoy a free main off the children’s menu with every full paying adult having a main course. Offer available between 12 noon – 6.00pm.
14th February: Valentine’s Day
Food is a great way to most people’s hearts, so this Valentine’s we’ll be doing what we do best – celebrating with exceptional food and drink with a menu to be revealed soon.
16th February: Chance Encounters
Join us for an evening of Speed Dating at The Carpenters Arms. Meet new people in a relaxed environment and perhaps you’ll meet your perfect match – either way we promise you a great evening.

17th February: Spice Tour – Indian
Our final Spice Tour takes us to India. Join us and if you’ve got three stamps – then bring along your card and get this one completely on us!
1-31st March: Provenance Pie Month
We’ll be introducing a new pie special to enjoy every week during March.
9th March: Children Eat Free
The 9th March is International School Meals Day, so we’re inviting you and your little ones to dine with us for a delicious family meal, with children dining for free.*
*Children under 12 can enjoy a free meal from the Children’s menu with every one full paying adult dining a main course. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer available from 12 noon – 6.000pm
12th March: Make Mum a Bouquet
Join us ahead of Mother’s Day on the 12th March to make mum a bouquet. Children (along with their grown ups) will enjoy putting together a bouquet using cut flowers for mum (or grandma) to enjoy ahead of Mother’s Day.

17th March: Spring Menu Launch
Our Spring A La Carte Menu will launch with fresh, seasonal flavours to enjoy during these months – it’s bound to put a spring in your step.
17th March: St. Patrick’s Day
Celebrate with us on St. Patrick’s Day and enjoy a taste of Ireland with our limited edition specials.
19th March: Mothering Sunday
Treat Mum to a delicious meal with us at The Carpenters Arms this Mother’s Day. Our Set Menu, complete with a roast dinner and all the trimmings will ensure mum is treated to the perfect, relaxing day she truly deserves.
