If it’s not local, you won’t find it on our menus.
Most importantly, our aim is to celebrate local produce – freshly dug potatoes to twisty carrots and just-pulled beetroot.
Meat, fish, game and poultry go hand in hand with flavour and quality. With our passion and dedication to quality and sustainability, we believe the only reliable way to know the source of the food is to shorten he chain, therefore we only use producers who are as passionate about sustainability as we are.
Our a la carte menu is a collection of seasonal, thoughtfully selected dishes that showcase the best of local produce and classic British dining.
This theme for sustainable, local, seasonal quality dishes continues through into our lunch and tea time menus, which feature some of our Provenance classics alongside a wide selection of sandwiches and sides.
We serve a traditional Sunday lunch from 12 noon to 3pm, join us for a fabulous selection of delicious roasts with all the trimmings.
